These Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions apply to the 4DGE E-commerce website, account registration, shop setup and platform services provided by 4DGE TECHNOLOGY (PTY) LTD (registration number 2026 / 073095 / 07; registered office: 2 Fir Street, Block B, North Park, Black River Park, Observatory, Cape Town, South Africa, 7925). In these Terms, “4DGE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

By registering an account, submitting a plan or shop order, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to act for it. These Terms govern your use of the platform; they do not make 4DGE the seller of goods offered by an independent store owner.

The platform provides tools for account holders to set up and manage online storefronts, themes, products, orders, store content and settings. The features, limits, themes and integrations available to an account depend on the plan and configuration shown for that account.

The plan name, price, currency, billing period and included limits displayed in the order flow describe the specific plan order you submit. Review those details before placing an order. No feature, payment method or service level is promised unless it is shown in the platform or separately agreed in writing. Internet access, hosting and third-party services can affect availability.

Provide accurate account and contact information and keep it current. Protect your sign-in credentials and use the account only with authority. Notify 4DGE through the Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Do not send passwords or payment credentials through the Contact form.

A store owner is responsible for the products, prices, descriptions, stock information, customer communications, fulfilment arrangements, store policies and payment options they publish or configure. Store owners must ensure they are permitted to use their content and that the information they provide to their customers is accurate. A store owner is responsible for deciding which optional integrations to enable and for reviewing the terms and privacy information that apply to those services.

Any payment method, price, billing period, renewal setting or plan-specific cancellation term applicable to an order is the information presented for that order or otherwise agreed with you. Available payment methods may vary by configuration. 4DGE TECHNOLOGY (PTY) LTD is not VAT registered and does not provide a VAT number.

No separate 4DGE E-commerce refund or cancellation timetable is published on this site. To submit a cancellation or refund request, use the Contact page and include the relevant account or order reference. Requests are considered against the terms presented for the order and applicable South African law. This section does not promise a refund or exclude a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use the platform lawfully and do not use it to facilitate fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, infringement of another person’s rights, or distribution of malicious code. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform or its security, disrupt another account, or use the platform to send spam or deceptive messages. Do not publish content or offer goods or services that you are not authorised to publish or offer.

The 4DGE E-commerce platform, its 4DGE branding and materials made available by 4DGE or its licensors remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. You must have the rights needed for content you upload or publish. To operate the store and features you configure, that content may be hosted, processed, displayed and transmitted through the platform for that service purpose. No broader transfer of your content is stated here.

Some platform features may connect to services provided by third parties, including payment or other integrations that an account holder enables. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Their availability and operation depend on the relevant provider and configuration. Review those terms before enabling or using an integration.

Platform features and configurations may change. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security, material disruption, suspected unlawful use or a legal requirement. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will provide notice about a restriction. Nothing in this section removes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory legal protections and rules that cannot be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
