Yes. Custom-domain support is included on every 4DGE E-commerce plan, including the Launch Monthly trial. You can connect a domain you already own or use the available 4DGE domain services where applicable.
No. All four 4DGE E-commerce plans have 0% platform commission. Your chosen storefront payment provider may still charge its own transaction or processing fees.
Yes. You can move to another available plan as your store grows or your requirements change, subject to the subscription options available in your account.
Annual billing gives you 12 months of access for the price of 10 months. Launch is R1,490 per year, Grow is R2,490, Business is R3,990 and Pro is R4,990.
4DGE E-commerce plan payments are processed through PayFast. Your store’s own customer payment methods are configured separately inside your store and depend on the payment options available to your plan and integrations.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, subject to the 4DGE E-commerce Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
